Update frequency list

Postby wing nut » Wed Aug 17, 2005 8:13 pm

What would you think of updating the frequency list? I believe the one listed is from 2003, and does not include many current members (like me).

My main (only) channel is 34.

I added it to the list, it is a bit out of date. Maybe we should add a frequencies line to the application?

A frequency line on the club application form would be a good idea IMO.

I was also wondering about sending out a membership renewal application form to all existing members at the end of each year. Would act as a reminder to everyone to send in their dues for the next year, and we could also use it to collect data such as transmitter frequencies.

The frequencies me and Alex use are 43(main) 39, 46

Would be nice to have a reference list on the web site. But we definitely need an updated list. Next club event/social I'll see if those attending would give me a list of their frequencies. Maybe next newsletter something could be mentioned -inventory of members frquencies. I can tell you right now, channel 38 is a bad channel to have.

I put a notice in the next newsletter announcements to send in your transmitter frequencies list to Jason or any club officer. I suppose our secretary should be the actual one to keep an updated list. :?

Hi Wood !

I think such a renewal form is nearing your mailbox as we speak.

Looks like we picked up a few new members on the forum today
